Nutrition Coaching

Good nutrition is about more than just what we eat.

Our food choices are shaped by our sleep, stress, culture, environment, relationships, routines and whatever else is happening in our lives. These factors also affect how ready and able we feel to make changes that support our health.

I became a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach to help people cut through fad diets, calorie-counting and food rules, and build a way of eating that feels practical, sustainable and enjoyable.

At the core of my approach is delicious, satisfying food. We begin by identifying what is already working well, then build on those strengths to create changes that suit your goals, lifestyle and current capacity.

How nutrition coaching works

Nutrition coaching is about behaviour change, and that looks different for everyone.

My job is to help you understand the habits, patterns and circumstances shaping how you eat, then work with you to find changes that feel realistic for your life.

We start by gathering information and looking at the bigger picture. Together, we identify what is already helping, where you feel stuck and which areas are likely to make the greatest difference.

From there, we agree practical actions that feel manageable for you. We review what happens, learn from it and adjust as we go. There is no expectation of perfection, and no judgement when life gets in the way. The point is to find an approach that works for you and that you feel confident continuing for yourself.

This might include:

  • Building satisfying, balanced meals

  • Improving energy, digestion or exercise fuelling

  • Understanding hunger, fullness, cravings and snacking

  • Creating realistic routines for busy weeks

  • Developing confidence with portions, planning and cooking

  • Supporting weight, body-composition or general health goals

People come to me for lots of different reasons, including:

  • Improving body composition, whether that means losing body fat or building muscle

  • Having more energy and better focus

  • Staying consistent with food during busy weeks

  • Fuelling training and recovery more effectively

  • Moving away from all-or-nothing eating and repeated dieting cycles

  • Getting more structure, accountability and expert guidance

  • Finding healthy meal inspiration and building confidence in the kitchen

My role is to help you close the gap between knowing what to do and doing it consistently.
