Nutrition Coaching
Good nutrition is about more than just what we eat.
It is also about how food fits into real life: your routine, your schedule, your energy, your habits and the things that tend to throw you off.
I became a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach to help people cut through the noise of fad diets, calorie-counting and food rules, and build a way of eating that feels practical, sustainable and, most importantly, enjoyable.
At the core of my approach is delicious, satisfying food. That might be a home-cooked meal, a quick lunch built from a few good ingredients, or making better choices when life is busy and food is on the go. Food needs to feel enjoyable, nourishing and realistic to keep repeating.
Working with a coach means looking at what is not working for you, then improving it step by step with support, structure and accountability.
This might include:
building better meal structure so you are not skipping meals then picking all evening
increasing protein, fibre and plant variety in a manageable way
feeling more organised and prepared with food during a busy week
eating better around training
reducing mindless snacking and getting on top of sugar cravings
building habits that hold up when energy and motivation are low
People come to me for lots of different reasons, including:
wanting to lose body fat/build muscle - improve overall body composition
wanting more energy and focus
struggling to stay consistent with food during a busy week
wanting to fuel training better
feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle with food - to quite yo-yo dieting
wanting more structure, accountability and expert guidance
needing help with healthy meal inspiration and cooking advice
My role is to help you close the gap between knowing what to do and doing it consistently. Together, we look at your routines, your sticking points and your goals, and create a way of eating that supports your health, energy and lifestyle.
Healthy eating needs to fit around your life in a way that feels doable.
If that sounds like the kind of support you need, I’d love to hear from you.
