Ingredients.
90g porridge oats
250ml milk
1 eating apple
Juice of half a lemon
160g blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp chia/hemp seeds
4 tsp sunflower/pumpkin seeds
To serve: (optional)
Greek yoghurt
Flaked almonds
Extra cinnamon

Method.
Grate the apple into a mixing bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Mix to combine thoroughly.
Transfer to an air-tight container (or 2 smaller ones) and leave in the fridge overnight.
