What if I miss a week?

That’s totally fine. Alive & Cooking is based around a 6-week programme, but isn’t tied to a strict schedule — you can move through the material at your own pace if needed. The content will still be there if you need more time or want to revisit a chapter.

Just keep your membership active to maintain access.

What if i don’t have much time in the evenings?

Then you’re in the right place! Alive & Cooking was built for busy schedules. There’s a whole chapter dedicated to speedy, 15-min meals. There’s also a chapter for meal-prepping on the weekends for those of you who have jam-packed weeknights, and plenty of planning tools and kitchen hacks to help you maximise your time.

The other course materials (intros, myth busting, lessons etc) are short videos that can be watched/listened to on the go if need be.

How much time will I need each week?

Alive & Cooking is designed to fit around busy lives. The lessons range from around 3-10mins, and can be listened to on the go if needed. The individual recipes range from 10mins - 45mins, with the Power Hour cook-along being the longest at 1hr (but this is 3 recipes).

You don’t need hours of free time — just a little space each week to watch, cook along, and test out a few small, lifestyle changes throughout the week.

How does the payment work?

Alive & Cooking is £29.99/month. The program runs for 6 weeks, so it’s £59.98 in total (2-month minimum membership). If you only want the 6-week program, you’ll need to cancel manually once you’ve completed it.

If you stay on, you’ll keep access to monthly coaching calls, discounted 1:1s, and fresh recipes, cookalongs, and bonus chapters, as well as access to the viral healthier sweet recipes series.

What if I’m vegetarian, vegan, or have other dietary preferences?

Alive & Cooking isn’t designed as a fully vegetarian or vegan programme — many of the spotlight recipes and cookalongs include meat, fish, or dairy.

That said, the planning tools, kitchen hacks, nutrition guidance, and meal-building frameworks are all adaptable to any diet, so you’ll still get plenty of value.

If you follow a veggie or vegan diet, I can suggest swaps and workarounds in the monthly coaching calls — and as demand grows, I’ll continue to add more plant-based recipes and options to the program.

Is the programme suitable if I live outside the UK?

Absolutely. Part of the reason I’ve made this ‘on demand’ is so you can do it anytime, anywhere. All the recipes are in both UK and US measurements. The tools, cook-alongs and nutrition guidance are universal, and recipes use everyday ingredients you’ll find in most supermarkets.

Do I need specialist equipment?

Most of the recipes call for a basic kitchen setup — hob, oven, chopping board, knives etc. Some recipes do require either a blender or a food processor, but these are the minority and often there are workarounds.

Will this work if I have children or picky eaters?

Absolutely! The recipes and frameworks are designed to be flexible — you can adapt them for different tastes and ages. You can also make use of the monthly coaching calls (included) to bring specific scenarios to my attention so we can find solutions together.

Do I get lifetime access once I join?

Access is tied to your membership. As long as your membership is active, you’ll keep all course materials, recipes, and new updates. Most people complete the program in 2 months, then stick around for continued access to new content and coaching support.

The membership will automatically continue each month, so (after the initial minimum 2 month term) make sure you cancel your subscription payments if you’ve decided to leave us.
